How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
We provide our own cleaning equipment such as cleaning detergents, wipes. In some cases we will prefer the customer having a vacuum cleaner or mopping accessories.
How do I apply to work as a cleaner?
We currently do not have a career page but if you do want to join our team, then you can always contact us
Which areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of London, if you live outside of London (i.e Greater London) then depending on the distance and type of Job, we will be more than happy to send our cleaners.
What if I am not happy with the service?
Our customer's satisfaction is our priority, so if a service is not done up to a standard you are satisfied with, then please give us a call and we will do what we can to rectify the situation in the best of our ability.

Payments Accepted
We take payment once the service is done, if it's a regular service such as a commercial property or a weekly cleaning, then a payment plan can be discussed and contractually agreed upon prior to any work taking place.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, therefore we do not charge for any cancellation fee 2 hours prior to your time slot, we prefer that our team is told in advance if you do choose to cancel. We will charge for the hour if the cleaner does turn up, and we was not made aware that you have cancelled.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Once the job is complete, you will be provided with a handover check sheet where you can check each task the cleaner was set to complete, if any of the task is not up to a certain standard then our cleaner will repeat the task to satisfactory. If any issues then please call the contact team and we will do everything we can in our ability to help.
